I am unable to login to Go365 app on my iphone 10.

I continue to get an error message, 'Please make sure you have entered both a username and password.' I have removed and reinstalled the app. I have also confirmed that face id is turned off and the password is not saved (this was a previous suggestion). IOS version 13.1.3
