App crashes every 3 min since upgrade

Was forced at login to upgrade app. Following successful upgrade app started crashing every 3 to 5 min.  Tried wiping cache after uninstall and then reinstalled. Same behavior. No issues until this upgrade. Android 9 Moto Z2 Force is phone, synchronized with Samsung Health. We are about to end points for year, please reply soon as this will have significant financial implications (will cost 20% more for me insurance thru employer unless activities are recorded via Go365).
