Every time I log in it doesn't reconize my device, also hasnt sync my steps in 4 days.
Thank you all so much for your concerns and patience! With the new update over the weekend, some of the Samsung devices have been having some connectivity issues. Our IT department is working on the issue and it will be resolved as soon as possible!
Mine also, nothing since Nov 8th, I uninstalled it 3 times and installed it now it tells me there is an update but there is no update. I have had to reset my PW a dozen times. When will there be a fix, or better yet why was the update not tested thoroughly before releasing?
