No points or able to sync since 2018

I have been trying since Oct 2018 to sync my apps and devices to this ap to no avail. I've tried Shealth, Strava, as well as others. I've tried checking in at different Beacon locations to no avail. I've missing out of many many points in a daily basis! I'm at the point of no return with this ap. It has really become worthless.
