Thank you all so much for your concerns and patience! With the new update over the weekend, some of the Samsung devices have been having some connectivity issues. Our IT department is working on the issue and it will be resolved as soon as possible!

Same! It also hasn't synced/updated my s health data since the update.
Because the Humana software developers have forgotten that testing is an important part of the software development cycle. Also, releasing an update on a Friday as opposed to Monday is bone headed.
This seems to be a reoccurring problem after each update... It crashes everytime i try to open the app. Must have uninstalled, installed the app 10 times since the November 8th update... I am losing steps....
