Go365 not counting steps from Shealth and app keeps stopping notifications keep popping up.....
Thank you so much for your concerns and patience! With the new update over the weekend, some of the Samsung devices have been having some connectivity issues. Our IT department is working on the issue and it will be resolved as soon as possible!

Not only is it not syncing to Shealth. Now it crashes frequently and when I
log into the app it keeps telling me that it doesn't recognize the device.
I have used the same device for 6 months now. I used the 6 digit code to be
secure and it still doesn't work.

Everytime I log in it thinks my phone is a new device. I have had the same
phone for 6 months.
