What is wrong with the app. Ever since the last update it will not open. It is not synching steps. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
Thank you so much for your concerns and patience! With the new update over the weekend, some of the Samsung devices have been having some connectivity issues. Our IT department is working on the issue and it will be resolved as soon as possible!
