Since the new update i keep getting kicked out of the app as well as none of my points have been added. I have joined several challenges and not getting any credit for them. What should i do?
Thank you so much for your concerns and patience! With the new update over the weekend, some of the Samsung devices have been having some connectivity issues. Our IT department is working on the issue and it will be resolved as soon as possible!
