Not sure why but it registers my steps, but it stopped giving me my points.
Points will continue to accumulate, however, Bucks will top out at 30,000 per plan year. This will reset with each plan year renewal, and you will begin to earn the Bucks again.

I'm not following you. Looking at my earnings statement I see that I have
earned 12,000 bucks plus 16,915 points - that's 28,915 total. I haven't
quite reached that 30,000 plateau - or am I missing something?
FYI: This may oddly co-inside with a glitch I am now experiencing with my
FitBit log in on my Go365 app on my phone. It is now making me get an
e-mailed authorization code every time I log into the app. It no longer
recognizes my device even after I hit the check mark telling it to
recognize my device on all future log-ins.

I can confirm that you have reached the max Bucks for the year. You must include roll-over Bucks from last year (10%), as well as Bonus Bucks earned from advancing status levels (Bucks-only events).
