My steps recorded on my Samsung Galaxy 3 watch are always higher than what the Go365 app reports. An average of over 1000 steps per day.
Thank you for reaching out to us.
When using a Samsung Gear watch along with S-Health, you (as the member) will see all data combined (phone and watch) but Go365 only receives data from one or the other. It is only when both of them track steps at different times in a day, that we are having issues aggregating both of those values, which then causes discrepancy in steps from S-Health to our Go365 systems.
Unfortunately, this is a known issue that Samsung is working to correct. Go365 is not directly compatible with Samsung Gear devices, only Samsung Health in general currently. I apologize for any frustration!
I also wanted to State that I am positive the the number of steps recorded by my Samsung Galaxy 3 watch are correct.
To Whom it may concern:
I do not believe that to be a true statement.
I borrowed an Apple Watch and verified the accuracy of my Samsung
Galaxy Watch. In fact the Apple watch was consistently higher than my
Samsung Galaxy Watch.
If you have any questions, or if I can be of any further assistance,
please feel free to let me know.
The issue is not with the Samsung devices counting steps. The issue is with data aggregation, and how it is sent to Go365.
I apologize for any frustration.
