Steps haven’t synced since September 2018

My steps haven’t synced since September of 2018.

I was having a conversation via email with a customer service agent a couple of weeks ago regarding this issue. I just sent an email with my daily averages for each month and it was returned to me.


I would like to receive credit for all of my steps. Please tell me how to do so!
