My Go365 has not synced my dailey points since August. I've checked app connectivity and all is good there. I'm using Samsung Health along with my Samsung smart watch. Why am i not getting credit?
I can understand the frustration when your steps do not update correctly. There was an update around that time, can you please complete the following?
