GO365 is making me go through two step login (with verification code email) every time I try to log in to both the website and app. Highly frustrating.
Oddly enough, the Humana website dies not make me go through these extra steps to log in.

The fix has been put into place for this issue. Please follow the process to uninstall and reinstall the Go365 Mobile app. Please note, if you use Shealth as a device you will need to reconnect it after reinstalling the app.
If you are still being asked to re-verify, you may need to switch your verification method to text in the settings.
