I’m using Go365 from 8 months and it didn’t count my 3 family members steps, it just count my steps
Thank you for reaching out to us about your steps! If your family members are over the age of 18, they are able to have their devices connected through their own account. If you are not able to see their steps are up to date, make sure that they are logging into the Go365 Mobile app frequently to allow the Apple Health steps to transfer. If they are logging in in frequently, can you please have them follow the process below to refresh their connection?
