I have to continuously confirm my device every login, why?  Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. This started after last update. VERY FRUSTRATING AND ANNOYING

After last update, my device, phone, that I've been using for the past 2 years is no longer recognized and needs email confirmation code entered every time I try to log in. Further, I asked a question several months ago as to why I no longer get daily health quiz points, 2. I was told to delete the app and reinstall it. Demoting the app erased my entire accumulated elite quiz results, and I STILL have not received a single health quiz point since I last asked for your help, MONTHS
