This has never happened to me before (that I’m aware) but one day (11/10) just randomly is missing from my statement and everything. I keep thinking it will pop up as it syncs with new days...but it hasn’t.
Thank you so much for reaching out to us with that information! I can see that steps were received from your Fitbit on 11/10. The reason that it did not award Points on your Go365 Statement is because the steps did not reach over 1000 for that day.
If this is not correct, please let me know the total number of steps for that day and I would be happy to take a closer look for you!
That's inaccurate, I had over 7,000 steps that day.
