Can not log in to go 365 with out receiving security code every time. Everything was ok until received last update

Hate to tell ya but the issue has not been resolved. I am having the same issue with having to confirm every time I open the app. "New Device. We don't recognize the device you're using to sign in. You'll need to confirm your identity to continue using your account."
Which also means I have not been accruing points for two weeks.
Could you have someone contact me to walk through this issue.

I am also having this problem. Everytime I login it says new device and sends me a code. This happens both when I have the remember me button selected or not. Once code is put in it allows me to login. Then repeats process again once I close the app and try to sign in again.

I am having the same issue with my Samsung phone. Has there been a fix for this? This is affecting my use of the app as it is a pain to have to punch in a code every time!
I have been having the same problem for months. EVERY time I log in, the app says "does not recognize this device" and forces me to enter the 6-digit code from my email. After I do that, I can get access to the app. But if I close the app and reopen it immediately, the same thing happens, and I have to enter the 6-digit code again, despite already having done it minutes earlier.
I turn the "remember me" switch on every time. (Although, the switch itself is to the right of the username, but doesn't have a label on the app,)
During each verification/sign in, I also enable the fingerprint scan to be used as the default, instead of the password. It doesn't seem like there is a way to NOT enable it.
Please help! This process used to only happen when the app was updated (once a month or so), but now it is literally every time.

I am having the same issue as well, since December. So, going on 2 months now that my device is not recognized and I have to get a code from my email to use the app. Very frustrating. My GO365 app is version 2.1.0. When is it going to be updated to resolve this problem?
Same here. I began having this issue a couple of months back and reached out to the powers that be at Go365. I was told to make sure I hit the remember me/device at log in. As if that never occurred to me. And yet here I am having the same issue. Super frustrating.
Same here. It's not just the smartphone app. This problem happens to all kind of devices.
I also ticked the "remember me/device" button every time I logged in. It does not work.

Same issue here. I have confirmed i am registered under Humana, but that did not resolve having to confirm every log in.
