Activity has shown “Ends in 0 days” for two straight days and does not provide option for submitting photo proof. Screenshot attached. How canI receive points for completing the activity?

Give it another day until "Submit Photo" shows up as it's been taking a few days after the activity ended for me to submit a photo. :O)
