I lost my Fitbit and have still been exercising using my Apple Watch which is connected under my devices through the Apple health app but no points have been awarded.

Some updates or getting a new phone can cause the connection to need to be refreshed. Can you please follow the process below to reconnect.
It can take up to 24-48 hours for the steps to transfer after logging into the Go365 Mobile app.
