Synching?!? Once again, another update in just over a week and my steps aren't synchin

Just had to update again a week after the last update and my steps and workouts haven't synched since!!!  Plus I am forced to do the one step verification not only on my phone but also on my laptop since the previous "update".  When will you get it right?  This is the sixth time this year of updates and then nothing synchs.  Absolutely unacceptable!!!
