App on Android won't login

For the past day or so I have been unable to login to go365 on my app. It keeps saying that it's a new device and it will send me a confirmation code however when I enter the confirmation code it says it is unable to login. And after I try again then it says it's a new device and it will send me a new confirmation code.

 

What's the purpose of updates if it just messes everything up?
