I can understand your concern with the challenges. Is this a private challenge invite? Are you opening the link through the email on your mobile phone? That process is needed in order to connect to the challenge.

Yes it's a private challenge and I use the link. I can do it over and over
again and it fails every time

I apologize for the delay. When you are clicking on the link to the challenge, are you using the email on your phone to access? In order for the link to open to add you to the challenge, you will have to be on the same device as your Go365 Mobile app.
