I have set the sleep activity and I’ve met the requirement several weeks. My steps and regular activity are syncing so why not the sleep ?

To earn the Points for the Sleep Activity, you will need to hit at least 5 nights where you sleep 7+ hours within the same week, falling Sunday through Saturday. After reviewing your account, I do not see that there has been a week with 5 or more nights.

My Fitbit records show that there have been several weeks where that is the case...so I’m confused.

I have several, but maybe start by looking at 11/10-16 and 3rd-10th
I apologize for the delay! I can see that your Points were awarded for the week of 11/3-11/9. However, the week of 11/10-11/16, you did not exceed 50 Daily Workout Points for that week.
