Using a fitbit
Are you using Fitbit to track your sleep, or manually entering your sleep time within Apple Health?
For Fitbit, only uninterrupted sleep time is counted towards the 7+ hours. Also, please be sure that the Sleep Diary activity is still set within your Go365 mobile app.
When you put the time manually in on the health app on IPhone does it have to be 7 hours straight also how long does it take to receive the points for the week?
Yes, when entering sleep time in Apple Health, it needs to be at least 7 consecutive hours to qualify. After at least 5 nights of 7+ hours of sleep within the week (Sunday-Saturday), Points will award in 24-48 hours.
This is just a suggestion. I work 3rd shift so I’m up at various times during the day so it would actually be helpful if the hours didn’t have to be conservative or if we could get points for just keeping a sleep log. Thank you for answering my questions
