It appears that your connection may need to be refreshed. Please delete your Go365 mobile app, restart your phone, and reinstall the app. Once reinstalled, you will need to reconnect Apple Health. When reconnecting, it is very important that you select "turn all categories on." How to connect Apple Health

So I just connected to Apple Health. This is a new phone. The last points I received for daily activity was October 17th. Will my points be updated for the rest of Oct to current now?
Unfortunately, I was unable to retrieve any additional data prior to 11/12. We are, however, successfully receiving your data since. Please be sure to frequently sign into your Go365 mobile app, as doing so is what pushes the step data over to us from Apple Health.
