Fitbit I ordered a month ago doesn’t hold a charge

I ordered a Fitbit inspire for the Go365 mall a month ago. I had been using it then all the sudden it wouldn’t hold a charge. I would charge it over night and by mid morning it would be dead. It was not submerged in water or harmed in any way. Will you replace it?
