Go365 not updating since 11/7/2019, iOS 12.4.1, Go365 4.1.2, I’ve deleted and reinstalled the application. Please help.
After you reinstalled the app, did you reconnect Apple Health? Also, when reconnecting, it is very important that you "turn all categories on" to allow all data types to be shared with us.
I would suggest deleting the app, restarting your phone, and reinstalling one more time. Be sure to complete the step above when reconnecting Apple Health.

Just be sure to frequently sign into the Go365 mobile app, as doing so is what pushes the step data over to us.
I did not remember to reconnect Apple Health, I have now done so and it shows I’m connected. If I still have issues, I’ll delete the app again and reconnect to Apple health. If that doesn’t work I’ll let you know.
