My Go365 app has not updated since November 5th. I have deleted and re-installed the app.
After you reinstalled the app, did you reconnect Apple Health? Also, when reconnecting, it is very important that you "turn all categories on" to allow all data types to be shared with us.
I would suggest deleting the app, restarting your phone, and reinstalling one more time. Be sure to complete the step above when reconnecting Apple Health.

I have done this but it appears that it did not give me points for 2 weeks. It is also not giving me full 10 points for going to a gym that is a gym that is accepted.

I am very sorry for the delay. It appears that we are now receiving your step data successfully, and 10 Points are awarding for days with a successful gym check-in. Can you confirm that this is correct? Please let me know if you have any additional concerns!
My gym check-ins are not syncing still, it is only counting steps. Gym check-in days are:
12/9, 12/10, 12/12, 12/16
We received notice of a check-in for 12/16, but the Points have not updated yet. I have manually updated for all dates you have listed, as we did not receive notice of successful check-ins at all for the other dates.
Do you always attend the same facility, or are we only receiving check-ins for one of the locations? Check-ins were received for 11/30, 12/2, 12/3, 12/4, and 12/5.
I go to the same facility and I am confused as to how the check ins work? I have been attending the same facility since Sept 2018 and doing the same thing. I have to go onto the MINDBODY APP and sign up for a class. One I go to that class, I check in there at the class.
That is exactly how MINDBODY works. Do you pay for all of your classes through the app as well? Like I stated above, for some dates we are receiving everything fine, just delayed, but for others we are not receiving the data at all.
I pay for 6 month bundles at 1 time. Not sure why beginning in November the issues started when there was not any issues prior....
