My steps stopped syncing and I show no steps registered since 11/9/19, I am on a samsung and they are tracked on the samsung health app. Please advise how to get this working again.
It appears that your connection may need to be refreshed. To do, please delete your Go365 mobile app, restart your phone, and reinstall the app. Once reinstalled, please reconnect S Health. How to connect Samsung Health

We have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times over the last few days and I have also checked the permissions. Samsung health is not even coming up as an option to connect to in the go365 setting and connections, please advise as this is affecting my points and activities at work.
