Every time I try to sign on the people at GO365 doesn't send me the code until my session has expired. How the hell am I supposed to sign on.

Sometimes security settings, internet speed, and other factors can play a role in receiving the confirmation code email. I also recommend deleting all previous code emails, to prevent entering in a wrong code. All previous codes are invalid once a new code has been requested/you have tried to sign in.
It can help to close out of your email completely, and only open it after you have already entered your username and password on Go365.com to request the code.
