I am using an iPhone 11 with iOS 13.2.3 and it has recently stopped counting my steps from the health app. What should I do?
I can confirm that we are receiving steps from both Apple Health and Fitbit. In regards to Apple Health, please be sure you are frequently signing into your Go365 mobile app. Doing so is what pushes the data over to us from Apple.
I think those steps came from my wife’s phone since I had her log in to see if it showed steps. Now I haven’t logged any in 3 days.
Sent from my iPhone
I sincerely apologize for the delay. I can confirm that we are still receiving step data from Apple Health. Were you able to ensure that the step data were are receiving for your account is yours?
If so, great! Please just ensure you are frequently signing into your Go365 mobile app. Doing so is what pushes the step data over to us from Apple Health.
I figured it out. The steps I was told to follow several times didn’t help so I eventually deleted all the step data from Apple health and it started counting my steps later that day.
I was able to get a few more days of steps by deleting the data from Apple health but I’m up to a week and a half now with out logging steps again.
I see that we are sporadically being sent data again. Are you just using Apple Health, or are you using an Apple Watch as well?
I am just using Apple health. I uninstalled the app deleted my steps and went thru the process again and got one day to sync. But I also deleted all my steps to get only the last 2000 steps to sync.
You should not have to delete the Apple Health app, only Go365. Deleting the Go365 app, restarting your phone, and then reinstalling the Go365 app breaks the connection between Apple and Go365 (since it is a built in phone app, this is the only way to break the connection).
You should then be able to reconnect Apple Health via your Go365 account, being very sure to click the toggle to "Turn all categories on" and then "Allow."
How to connect Apple Health
I didn’t delete the Apple health app only the step data from it. I tried the rest of those steps In that order about 10 or 11 times now. It only worked a couple times for about 1-3 days then quits logging again.
We have received steps from Apple now for the past two days. Can you ensure to sign into the Go365 mobile app at least once per day? Please stay signed in for at least two minutes. Let me know if your data stops transferring once again, or, if you are going to utilize your Fitbit going forward.
My Fitbit battery won’t stay charged all day so I would like my phone to work too but I’ll keep trying to use both for now. I just can’t have my phone on me at work.
We have received data from Apple Health again yesterday; hopefully you continue to experience no issues!
