I dont even have the option of connecting to samsung health anymore
First, ensure that S Health is still tracking your steps appropriately. It appears that your connection may need to be refreshed, as long as you have been frequently signing into your Go365 mobile app. To do so, please delete your Go365 mobile app, restart your phone, and reinstall the app. Once reinstalled, please reconnect S Health. My samsung health is and always has been connected to GO365. I have
deleted the app and downloaded the app many times and samsung health isnt
even an option to connect to on my go365.

I sincerely apologize for the delay. Have you attempted deleting both Samsung Health and the Go365 mobile app? Doing so will allow you to start fresh, and should resolve the issue that you are experiencing. Also, do you have a Samsung J Series phone?
