Is the androud version going to be fixed so that you don't have to grt a new code EVERY TIME that uou sign 9n?

I am using a Samsung S9, running Android version 9.0. I am running Go365 version 2.0.13, dated 11/15/2019, which PlayStore says is the most recent version. It has been given all permissions that it requested. However, every time that I sign in to the app from my phone it says rhat it is an unknown device and sends a code to my email. I enter it and it says that I won't have to fo this again. But I do. Every time. I had a previous issue in and was told that it was fixed. Indeed, it did appear to be fixed, for one day. Then it started happening again.
