I have submitted verification for my flu shot two days ago and it showing zero points in my account Why is that? I need them in my account before the end of the month.
I can understand the frustration! Flu shots will award 200 Points once per plan year. Due to the way that the flu shot is billed by your doctors office, other immunizations received can cause it to award.
I can see that you were awarded earlier this plan year, can you please check your Go365 Statement and filter by prevention to verify.
