Go365 is not showing SHealth. These are not syncing. It is not giving me steps since Nov 12. Please help so they can sync as they did before. Thank you.
I can understand the frustration when your steps do not update correctly. There was an update around that time, can you please complete the following?

Good morning. I completed those steps and I am still not seeing where I can sync it to my SHealth. This reflects my premium costs and I would like additional help getting this resolved please.

How to connect Samsung Health will show you where Shealth is to connect to Go365. It can only be connected through the Go365 Mobile app.
