Every time I try to access go365 I get the message that I'm trying to access with a new device. Why can't you guys keep track of this stuff? I've registered the phone at least a dozen times so far.

I am having the same issue! I have to enter the code everytime. I've tried to clear cache I've uninstalled reinstalled everything. Still does it. It's getting very frustrating! I would never use this app if my insurance didnt make me!
