Error in Processing Order.

Today is the last day to redeem $$. I tried placing an order to redeem $18k in go365 dollars and it won't process. Today is last day to order. I have screens hotted the order. Offices are closed for holidays. Will they honor the order on Monday when the offices reopen? Have tried multiple times today and it keeps saying to come back and retry order. Yet when I do, I get the same error message. Will they honor what they say they are going to do?
