I apologize for my confusion. There is currently an issue where the Points for the "Verified Physical Activity" are showing as 0 on the Go365 Mobile app. I can verify that your Points are awarded. You can verify that your Points are awarded by going to an internet browser on your mobile phone or computer and view your Statement from www.go365.com.
I can understand the frustration, thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. Do you have any other devices connected to your Shealth account? Are you able to provide examples of days and the correct number of steps? I would be happy to take a closer look for you!
Always Hagi more than 5000 steps and I never register them only the
Saturday and Sunday but not the other days is up to 5000 and does not give
me the points for that and either when I do more than 10000
And right here you can see..
Said +0 for the 5000 steps.
