Yes, I do that every single time. It all should be connected. But when I press the Beacon the circle comes up and starts to spin and then simply freezes.

Thank you for that information! Can you please provide the name and zip code of the facility? Do you have your Bluetooth on and the location set to "Always on" for the Go365 Mobile app?
Yes, always.
I’m happy to provide the name and address etc of the facility but I have done that multiple times.
Should I email a certain email recipient and address each time I go to the gym, and would it help to include the gym info each time?

Thank you for that information! It should not be necessary. What version of the Go365 Mobile app do you currently have? Can you please uninstall and reinstall the Go365 Mobile app to insure that the latest version is downloaded?
When did you start using the facility and how many days a week do you normally attend? I would be happy to take a closer look.
I started using this facility years ago. We started enrollment with Humana/Go 365 October 1, 2019. I have re-installed that Go365 app several times, when prompted to try that. It does not make any difference. The latest app is installed now.
I usually go to the gym 5 to 6 days per week.

I’ve been instructed to email each day I attend to request that my points be loaded but this is not only a hassle for me AND you guys, it’s not resulting in points getting put in most of the time.
I’ve spoken via chat to Go 365 as well and, while helpful and pleasant personnel were available, there is still no change in this very frustrating situation.
Any help you can offer is gratefully appreciated.
If there’s a more direct way to receive my points, please, please tell me. I don’t want to change gyms.

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern! Unfortunately, I do not see any recent beacon check ins on your account. When you go to the facility, do you open the Go365 Mobile app and check in with the beacon? You will need to complete this with each day that you visit.
Currently, I see Apple Health connected to Go365, which would give you varying Daily Workout Points based off of how many steps were completed that day.
