i have tried and tried to use my 365 points today and it always says --Uh oh. It looks like we're having trouble processing your order right now. Please try placing your order again, or, if you've done that, come back later.

I must use the points today as our insurance plan is changing and all ability to check into go365 will be done by dec 30, 2019,,,     don't know what to do at this point
