Go365 not syncing with Health app

My steps have not been syncing properly since 11/18 & or syncing at all since a couple of days after that. My steps are as follows: 

11/18 - 14005

11/19 - 12737

11/20 - 17973

11/21 - 14522

11/22 - 20277

11/23 - 15393

11/24 - 7741

11/25 - 18503

11/26 - 8764

11/27 - 9947

11/28 - 16470

11/29 - 9297

11/30 - 11763

 

Would you please update my Go365 to reflect my steps?  Your help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
