I can see that you are being awarded for that activity. If you are looking at the Go365 Mobile app, it may be showing as 0 Points awarded, however this is a glitch that our IT department is working on.
When an activity like that is completed it will show awarded as 0 Points to trigger the Points to award. This process can take up to 72 hours after you see the first 0 awarded. Currently the Go365 Mobile app is not showing the Points awarded after completion.
You can verify your Points by logging into an internet browser on your computer or phone and viewing your Go365 Statement at www.go365.com.
