Every time I try to sign in to Go365 it says that it does not recognize my device. My husband is having the same issue from a different phone.  What's going on? I have a Motorola Z Droid and he has a Samsung phone.

Why do I have to get a verification code every time I sign in to Go365? I have not changed devices.
