My app stopped tracking my workouts. I have the latest version and it’s synced to my devices. It stopped on 11/18

My devices have stopped giving bucks for my workouts since that time as well. I’ve been syncing my workouts and they will show in my activity log, but my bucks haven’t increased in like 2 weeks.

I went from earning 10-25 points for a workout to 2-5, any idea why?

Thank you for that information! I can also see that you are using a Polar device to track your Workouts as well. Are you still completing workouts with that device? Currently, the Daily Workouts could be lower due to the Apple Health steps syncing to your account. Steps will award 1 Point for every 1,000 steps.
If you are, please disconnect your Polar from Go365 and reconnect it to refresh the connection.
How to sync Polar (web only)
I use both at different times. But I do turn on a 'workout' on my apply
watch if I am not wearing my polar.
