The Go365 App is not recognizing my phone continually. I keep having to send for a code to log in.

Every time I go to use the app on my Android (since the last couple of phone updates) it won't recognize my device and makes me enter a code. It isn't until I log in that it syncs my steps. How can I resolve it?
