I used to be able to use my fingerprint to log in. All of the sudden now it's telling me I need to scan my fingerprint, then screen snaps into an eye scan instead. Why are there so many problems logging into your app?
Thank you for that information! Your phone probably has both touch id and face id and the face id is recognizing faster. If you have specific questions about your phones ability. Please reach out to your wireless provider or the phone manufacturer.
I can understand the frustration with logging in, thank you for reaching out to us! What phone and model are you currently using. When you login, do you enter your username and password and then select "remember username"? There should be an option after that to select the finger print ID or face ID.
I have a Samsung s8.No options pop up at all. I open the app, it does the spin thing. Then a white box asks me to confirm my fingerprint, right after and above the box another box opens to scan my eyes and I'm in. I realize I'm at least getting in, but man, that is so weird.
No kidding. That's a help. How do I set it in your app to select one?
I apologize for my confusion. You will need to prioritize whichever one that you would like to use in the settings on your phone. It would not be selected in the Go365 Mobile app. The option that you choose will be used for all apps.
From there you can choose your preferred biometric option that will be used for all applications.
So if I use both on my phone, I have to turn one off for your app because you don't have it in yours as a setting.
Is that correct?

I apologize for my confusion. So the Go365 Mobile app can only use one of the options. If you have both set on your phone, it will take whichever it can first for the login. So if it recognizes the facial ID, it will use that for the login. Unfortunately, there is no setting in the Go365 Mobile app to select which one it will use. That can only be changed through your phone settings.
