Go365 is not showing SHealth on the list

Go365 is not showing SHealth on the list therefore my account has not synced since Nov 11th. When I go to SHealth it shows Go365. I have deleted Go365, restarted my phone and done updates. Added the Go365 app once again. It is still not showing SHealth. Please help me get this resolved. I need to keep up with my points because this affects my premium. Thank you!
