General Exception Error

I am asking this question again because Tech Support prematurely closed out my question.  I have reinstalled the app and still get the error: "A general exception has occurred".  I can't access my GoHealth Assessment and I don't think I am accruing any points.


Please do NOT close out my question until confirmed that it is working on my end...
