Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern! I apologize for my confusion, are the steps syncing incorrect? I can see that you have steps uploaded from Shealth and Fitbit.
It can take up to 24-48 hours for your Fitbit steps to transfer after you have sync'd your Fitbit tracker to your Fitbit account. If you have two devices, it is not uncommon for one device to upload first while the other is syncing, all of the Points will be updated to the higher number once they have fully sync'd. Please be sure that you are syncing your Fitbit Tracker to your Fitbit account at least once per week to avoid missing data.
Ok another question why do I always have to go to my email to log in
everytime I try it tells me this is a new device but I only look at my
go365 app on my phone.
