Re-directed and Error Messages

When I log into Go365 on my desktop, it re-directs me to the Humana website. When I log into my app on my phone, it displays an error message. Help? Trying to register a fitness device to start earning points so we meet the incentive rate at my company in the time specified. This is frustrating.
